Richard dedicated an incredible 50 years to serving on our Board of Trustees, shaping the cooperative, and enriching the lives of our members with his wisdom, leadership, and steadfast commitment.

Richard's legacy extends far beyond the boardroom. His passion for community inspired us all. His thoughtful guidance and unwavering dedication were instrumental in helping Western Cooperative Electric grow and thrive.
