Meet Nikki Daubert: The Newest Face in Member Services
If you stop by Western Cooperative Electric's headquarters in WaKeeney, you may notice a new face ready to greet and assist members.
Please join us in welcoming Nikki Daubert to the WCE family as our newest Member Services Representative.
A WaKeeney native and Kansas State University graduate, Nikki brings a wealth of customer service experience and a passion for helping people. While the electric cooperative industry is new to her, serving others is not. Her positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication to providing excellent service made her a perfect fit for the Member Services team.
"I am excited to join the team at Western Cooperative Electric and begin this new chapter in my career," Nikki said. "The cooperative industry is new to me, and I know there is a lot to learn, but I am looking forward to growing in this role and serving our members. I am proud to be part of an organization that is so deeply connected to the communities it serves."
When she's not helping members, Nikki enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their three daughters. Whether she's cheering from the sidelines at one of her daughters' activities or attending a Kansas State sporting event, family is at the center of everything she does.
According to Member Services Manager Christina Hayes, Nikki quickly stood out among a strong group of applicants.
"Nikki brings a great mix of customer service experience, professionalism, and enthusiasm to our team," Hayes said. "We're excited to welcome her to Western Cooperative Electric and know she will be a tremendous asset to our members."
As a Member Services Representative, Nikki will assist members with billing questions, service requests, and account needs while helping deliver the friendly, reliable service that WCE members have come to expect.
If you call, stop by, or visit our office, be sure to say hello and welcome Nikki to Western Cooperative Electric. We're excited to have her on the team and look forward to the impact she'll make for our members and communities.
