Starting Service with Western
Here's what you'll need:
- Form of identification
- Social Security Number (but not required - this helps with Capital Credits)
- Driver's License
- Birth Certificate
- Service address or meter number
- Effective Date
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- Credit reference or security deposit (based on a credit check)
- Email address
Stopping Service with Western
Please provide:
- Account Number, Meter Number, or Address
- Forwarding Address
- Effective Date
- Whether the meter is being disconnected or transferred to someone else
