Starting Service with Western
Here's what you'll need:
  • Form of identification
    • Social Security Number (but not required - this helps with Capital Credits)
    • Driver's License
    • Birth Certificate
  • Service address or meter number
  • Effective Date
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address
  • Credit reference or security deposit (based on a credit check)
  • Email address
 
Stopping Service with Western
Please provide:
  • Account Number, Meter Number, or Address
  • Forwarding Address
  • Effective Date
  • Whether the meter is being disconnected or transferred to someone else
