Create a self-service portal account or log in to your existing account to submit your application by visiting https://www.dcf.ks.gov/.../ees/Pages/EnergyAssistance.aspx

LIEAP is a federally funded program that provides eligible households with a one-time annual benefit to help with home energy costs.

Eligibility Requirements:
An adult at the address must be responsible for heating costs.
Household gross income must not exceed 150% of the federal poverty level.
