CALEB HIRSCH joined the Western Cooperative’s Olmitz crew on Feb. 1. He is a native of Sylvan Grove, attended line school at Pratt Community College, and is married with three daughters. Hirsch is a journeyman lineman and brings 12 years of linework experience to Western.
